Beautiful Villa Pepina is located near the beaches, nestled within the picturesque landscape near the town of Vrbnik. The location serves as an excellent starting point for all kinds of excursions suitable for the entire family. Additionally, it's an ideal area for wine and gastronomy enthusiasts. Moreover, Villa Pepina is a lovingly crafted stone house where you can find tranquility and relaxation. The various wooden and stone elements, in particular, give Villa Pepina its typical coastal house charm. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining area, storage room, and a separate toilet. The upper floor consists of two cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed and its own bathroom. It's worth mentioning that one of the bedrooms also includes an additional sofa bed, making it perfect for family vacations. All windows except one in the living area are equipped with insect screens. Outside the villa, there's a large covered terrace with a dining area and a charcoal grill, allowing you to prepare and enjoy meals outdoors. The private pool at the villa offers refreshment and joy on warm summer days. The comfortable sun loungers invite you to leave the hectic everyday life behind and relax. Villa Pepina offers its guests 2 bicycles for complimentary use and all necessary amenities (LCD TV in all rooms [including bedrooms], coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, etc.) and is fully air-conditioned. There's also free Wi-Fi access and a private parking area in the courtyard with an electric gate for up to 4 cars. The pool is open seasonally (from May 11th to November 2nd). It measures 4 x 9 meters and is 1.40 meters deep.

Risika is a village on the eastern coast of the Island of Krk, it is about 6 km from Vrbnik and 25 km from the bridge away. Risika is a scattered village, and it has about 150 permanent residents. The abundant nature around Risika, the seductive scents of aromatic plants and the seaside smell is best experienced when you take a walk through the marked walking paths to the nearby hidden coves, to the dreamy castle Gradec of the Krk Counts Frankopans, to the freshwater source Rovoznik or up to the vineyards in the field of Vrbnik...
